This was written Originally by Horace J Gordon who was a WW2 veteran who passed away in 1984.  He was bed-bound because of a landmine that went off in the bunker and left Paraplegic for the rest of his life.  The only thing that Grandpa was able to do was type with a pencil in his mouth when he composed part 1, 40 years ago.

Many people want to know what it is like being dead.  I want you to think about what it was like when I was alive.   I used to play in the field as a kid but then I wound up crippled when I got hurt.  I could only dream of playing in the field.  I could only dream of touching lilies in the field.

As a kid, I would be able to walk to a lake, play on the grass, and fish to my heart’s content.  I would be able to climb trees and hang out with a friend.  I could talk and interact with them all the time.  At the end of the day, my dad would tell me to come in because it was time to do my homework or they were tired of being there.   We would go home and just relax listening to the radio.

Now that I am dead.  I can see the fields and I can only be at the lake.  Sometimes, I can touch the lake and feel the cool waters in my toes.  I can touch the lilies going between my toes and can walk around like it is nothing.  I do not feel any pain.  However, I am not able to interact with it as I can when I was alive.  I can only remember what it was like when I was alive.  It is like I am totally alone.

Time goes by me and the next thing you know it is 40 years.  I have no understanding of time passing by me.  My children grow old and die.  Yet, the time has no meaning to me.   I can see the children as they come to join me.  It is nothing like it was when I was alive.

I can visit my kids and grandkids, but they do not see me that I can oversee them.  I can watch them grow up, I can see my kids grow old, but I am totally unable to interact with them.  I am unable to give them advice because they cannot see me.  Some of them do not even believe that ghosts are real.  To me, I am not a ghost, but I am a person without a body to be able to communicate with them.    This is the pain that I see every day.  I miss speaking to them and I wish there was a way that I could.

It is important that you live out your life in the here and now.  Do not forget us because sooner or later you will join us.  It is important to make the most out of your life because sooner or later you will see what we see.  In life, I lived when I was 87 years old and my wife lived until she was 92.  We can be with each other, but it is nothing like when we were alive.

I want you to know that death is never the answer to anything.  Just because you have problems in your life.  Then it is important that you do not give up that life.  As a spirit, I can touch the fields, but it is not like feeling the sun beat down on your skin.  You can not feel the sunrays because all you feel is death.

I am giving this to my grandson to write so you know how it is like to be dead.  Remember and enjoy life.  Do not use death as an escape.

I have finished writing Dragon world as the beta version will be up soon.  With this being said, Early productions of the Game can now be worked on.  This is where several modifications of the book can be made.

People will be able to see the pregame design of the book for a fee.  This will allow you to see the before and after the game release on the ideas.  The final version of the book will allow you to see the changes in the storyline first hand.  I am designing a book and a game with the same title.
